Bill was our inspector, and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and was personable and patient with us as we (first time home buyers) had a lot of questions. We had Bill do our home inspection recently and its really straight forward. While we are not professional home inspectors ourselves, what we gathered is he us very thorough, has a long history of construction experience meaning he's got an eye for details, and very very professional. He presented his findings to us at the end in a clear and informative way, not rushed and answered all of our questions. Honest and realistic. He did an excellent job and we will absolutely refer anyone to him needing home inspection services.
